Providing support for mission critical applications, we are geared to provide 24/7 support to all our customers. Currently 32 sites fall under this category for products support. Following methodology is used for support purposes:
- Telephone : 24/7 phone support provided
- Remote Login : PCI compliant remote support connectivity provided for sites when login access is required. ( Above includes application specific support and systems support )
Customer required to have replacement units to be used at hardware failure. Defective unit to be sent for repair and return.
- On Site ( City Limits ) : Onsite service or one to one hardware replacement done when required
- On Site (Outstation) : Support personnel dispatched within the day to site
